Great for a summertime lunch when you don't feel like cooking by a hot stove and want a quick bite to eat. I make these ahead of time for my weekly meal prep as well. Makes four regular wraps or two if you like them really thick.

Ingredients

5 minutes
4 servings
  1. 8 ouncesTomato Trinity. (diced tomato, green pepper, and onion)
  2. 2 canstuna, drained
  3. 4 tablespoonsDukes Mayo
  4. Ole High Fiber Tortillas (or regular tortillas, or pita)
  5. Romaine Lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix together the trinity, drained tuna, and mayo. Add seasonings to your taste. I like a blend of Garlic Powder, Salt, Pepper.

    Layout your Tortilla and then place tuna down the center. Top with Lettuce and roll up folding the top to the middle and the bottom to the middle then rolling over.
