Boil milk add lemon juice. Make paneer. Put it in a Muslim cloth for 1 1/2 hour to drain water completely. Paneer is soft and smooth.

Take 2 cup curd and keep it in a Muslim cloth to drain excess water for 1 hour. Creamy and smooth hung curd is ready.

Add paneer, hung curd, salt to taste, and 1 cheese cube ina mixture jar. Blend welll. Add achar masala to it. Mix well and Achari cheese spread is ready.

We can spread on baked cracker biscuit, bread, dry bhakhri, khakhra, etc.
