Ingredients

30 minutes
4 persons
  • 1 cupsoaked strained sabudana
  • 3boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 cuproughly crushed roasted peanuts
  • 1 tbs.ginger - green chilli paste
  • 2 tbs.fine chopped coriander
  • 2 tbs.arrowroot powder
  • rock salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix soaked, strained sabudana with mashed potatoes. Add peanut powder, arrowroot powder and other ingredients.

    Mix it properly. Make cutlets of your desired shape.
