  1. 3squash
  2. 3 tablespoonsolive oil (about 45 ml)
  3. Salt, Herbes de Provence (a blend of dried herbs)

  1. 1

    Slice the squash thinly on a diagonal and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon salt and 1 tablespoon Herbes de Provence, then drizzle evenly with olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.

    Serve the roasted squash hot.
