In a big pot add barley flour, salt, soda powder, kasuri methi, red chilli powder, ghee and knead tight dough.

Rest for 10 minutes.

Make balls with the dough.

Heat oven or guess tandoori for 10 minutes.
And put bati balls in oven. - 5
Change sides, meanwhile, cook till cook.
Approx 30 to 40 minutes. - 6
Pour in ghee, and keep into ghee for 10 minutes and serve with daal, kadhi.
