Bang bang salmon

Bang Bang Salmon is seasoned salmon filets brushed with bang bang sauce, air fried, and topped with even more of the sweet and spicy sauce.
Easy, fast, and tasty, these tender, air-fried salmon fillets are full of subtly sweet and spicy flavour. And it takes dinner to a delicious new level.
Bang bang sauce is a simple Asian-inspired sauce that's both sweet and spicy and makes everything it touches taste incredible. Just combine the mayo, sirach, sweet chilli sauce and if you like, add a little honey and that’s it. Your bang bang sauce is ready.
You can even bake this in the oven. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake the salmon for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through.
With some fresh salmon fillets and a few ingredients from your pantry, you can make this delicious bang bang salmon dinner in a jiffy and in15 minutes you can sit down to this better-than-takeout meal!

Whisk together mayo, sweet chilli sauce, and siracha until well combined. Remove half and set aside for dipping.

Brush the sauce over the salmon.

Season with salt and pepper.

Place salmon skin side down in air fryer basket and at 200C cook for 10 minutes.

Brush some more salmon and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove, sprinkle parsley and rest 5 minutes.

Serve with reserved bang bang sauce.
