Steps

First soak rinse rice in three spoon curd and one spoon biryani masala. keep aside.
Then heat the cooker and add two serving glasses butter and cardamoms,blackpepper,cloves and bay leaf,mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Stir and roast it. - 2
Then add a paste of ginger garlic and onion chilli paste. Mix it well.After two minutes add turmeric and coriander powder and chilli powder. Mix again.
Then add tomato paste, some chopped mint leaves and garam masala, biryani masala. And mix it well then add fried paneer,salt. Roast every thing nicely. - 3
Then add some more curd and soaked rice.mix every thing nicely.

Then sprinkle maggi masala and Water and one spoon ghee.
Give one boil. - 5
Then close the cooker lid.cook seven to eight minutes in sim flame. Then turn off the gas.

After five minutes open the lid of cooker garnish with coriander or with mint leaves. Serve hot with curd or curry. 😘😘
