Gondhoraj lemon paneer
Steps

Firstly take a pan, add 1/2 cup sliced onion, 4 green chilli & 15 kaju, top up with water, boil them until a lil dry. Cool it, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.

Soak paneer pcs in hot salty water for 1/2 hr to make them soft. Season it with lil salt & black pepper powder, keep aside. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, saute paneer pcs until edges become light brown. Take out in a dish, keep aside.

Take a wok, add rest of the oil & butter, heat it. Moderate the flame, add dalchini & choti elaichi, saute it for a sec.

Increase the flame, add ginger garlic paste, saute it until rawness is released. Add lil water to avoid burning.

Now add onion kaju paste, mix it well. In goes salt & lil water, mix it well.

Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until oil has oozed out.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add dhania powder & black pepper powder, mix it well.

In goes fresh cream, mix it well. Cook it covered on low flame, until oil has surfaced.

Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder & kasoori methi powder, mix it well.

Now add 1 cup boiled water (adjustable, keep the gravy consistency as per your choice), mix it well. In goes GONDHORAJ LEMON juice, stir it, give a boil.

Cook it covered on low flame until gravy takes the consistency of your choice.

Turn off the flame, open the lid after a minute. Take out in a bowl, keep aside. Plate it, garnish it with a dhania sprig....

Remove dalchini before serving...
