  1. Chicken (thin strips)
  2. Celery
  3. Onions
  4. Garlic ginger paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry onions till translucent then add garlic ginger paste till fragrant

    Add celery and cook for about 5 min

    Add chicken cubes, salt, chicken and stir for a few minutes until the chicken turns white.

    Add hot water and cover to boil for about 20 minutes
