This is a simple, quick, easy, impressive dip that disappears quickly. I forgot to take picture when it came out of oven so the picture is after it was half devoured.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Drain, rinse and chop the artichoke hearts.

Mix the artichokes, Mayo, garlic, and Parmesan together, spread in a 9” pie pan or small 1 quart ovenproof bowl.

Heat in oven 25 minutes until top is lightly browned.

If desired place green onion and diced tomato to center of dip. Serve warm with pita bread triangles, crackers or veggies.

You can store in airtight container up to 3 days in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave just before serving.
