Ingredients

25 minutes
16 servings
  • 1 (14 ounce)can artichoke hearts
  • 1 cupmayonnaise
  • 1 cupfresh shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Optional 1 chopped green onion, and 2 Tablespoon diced tomato

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. 2

    Drain, rinse and chop the artichoke hearts.

  3. 3

    Mix the artichokes, Mayo, garlic, and Parmesan together, spread in a 9” pie pan or small 1 quart ovenproof bowl.

  4. 4

    Heat in oven 25 minutes until top is lightly browned.

  5. 5

    If desired place green onion and diced tomato to center of dip. Serve warm with pita bread triangles, crackers or veggies.

  6. 6

    You can store in airtight container up to 3 days in refrigerator. Reheat in microwave just before serving.
