Ingredients

  • 3 cupsleftover Roasted Tangerine pork see my recipe
  • 1/4 cupApple Cider Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoonsbarbecue sauce I used Sweet Baby Rays brown sugar hickory brand

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a skillet add the pork

  2. 2

    Get crispy with a slight crunch

  3. 3

    Add cider vinegar and deglaze the skillet

  4. 4

    The pork will absorb the vinegar

  5. 5

    Add sauce and stir.

  6. 6

    After 7 minutes stirring serve, I hope you enjoy!
