Grind the sago first and make a fine powder of it.

Then grind peanut coarsely.

Chopped green and coriander leaves and mash the potatoes.

Then mix it with sago and peanut and add salt and chilli flakes to make a soft dough.Make it rest for five minutes.

Then take a pan grease it will oil and roll it over rolling board like paratha and cook it till it get golden brown and crisps from both the sides.

Ready to eat soft sago paratha with Aloo sabzi.
