This one requires not much prior preparation. Keep cubed dragon fruit ready. That's it. Coconut milk can be of Dabur or Coconad or even freshly made at home. If it's fresh then that requires some prior preparation though.

Peel the outer skin of the dragon fruit. Cut it into 2 or 3 pieces. Even if it is not done, it's absolutely okay. As it is soft and mushy, it can be easily done in a blender. So there is no need to worry about cutting it into small pieces. I had already had some cubed dragon fruit in the refrigerator, so I had put it to use here.

Add all the ingredients mentioned to a blender jar and blitz on a high for about 2-3 minutes or until everything is blended well.

Creamy and a luscious glass of dragon fruit smoothie is all ready to be enjoyed. Serve it chilled. Yum!
