A local traditional dish made of fish and rice . It’s important to have the correct spices .Usually eaten for lunch . Hamour is Grouper fish.
Steps

Coat the fish with lemon juice, salt, Cumin, Fish masala and dried black lemon.

Fry the fish in oil for about 10 mins and set a side

In a pot, add oil and ghee. Then add cloves, cardamom, Bay Leaves & Cinnamon sticks.

Add onion (cut in small pieces) until done

Add whole black lemons, Garlic & Ginger

Add Coriander & Dill

Add fish & any left off slices
- 8
Add boiled water (1.5 of quantity of rice to be used)

Add rice

Once cooked add spray of Zafron
