To make the sago bhel, sago washed and drained. Now combine the sago and 1/2 cup water in deep bowl mix well and keep aside.

Heat the oil in a deep nonstick pan and add the jeera when the seeds crackle add capsicum, onion and cook for 3-4 minutes

Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes add potatoes, green chili and ginger paste crushed peanuts and saute for 2-3 minutes add sago, salt and mix well cook for 2-3 minutes

Add lemon juice and sugar keep stirring for 1-2 minutes switch off gas and take the prepared sago bhel in a serving dish. Sprinkle coriander, seeds, sev.
