Homemade baked ice cream cones filled with kesar pista custard.
Steps

For cones, In a mixing bowl, take 1½ cup all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup sugar powder and 1/4 cup milk, mix all well.

Add a little water if needed and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

Keep the dough for 20 minutes in fridge.

Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin, cut in half.

Take a aluminium foil and make a cone of it and keep it on rolled half dough. Roll the dough to make cone.

Place it on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on 180°C.

Remove it from oven, brush butter on cones and remove the foil.

For kesar pista custard, Boil milk in a pan and add ¼ cup sugar.

Make a paste from kesar pista custard adding in ¼ cup water.

Add this paste into boiling milk and sugar and mix well.

Stir continuously to avoid lump and cook for 2 minutes on low heat, switch off the heat.

Let it cool and fill the prepared custard in baked cones and garnish with chopped nuts, saffron threads and tutti frutti.
