For gravy : Grind onion, tomato, ginger,garlic and green chilli,2 green cardamom, 2 cloves, 1 " cinnamon stick, 2-4 black pepper seeds, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 tbsp cumin and coriander seeds powder. Make a fine paste. Once it is done then keep aside.

For marination the chicken : 1 tsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp haldi powder. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp mustard oil, 1/2 tsp ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and salt... Once it is done then keep aside for 1/2 hrs

After 1/2 hrs cook in a microwave for 170 degree C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out from the oven. Add grind masala. Mix it properly. Again cook in a microwave 170 degree C for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes take out from the oven. Add 2 tbsp hung curd and chopped dhania leaves. Don't mix it. Otherwise the curd will curdle. Again keep in a microwave for 10 minutes for 170 degree C.Once it is done.Then take out from the oven.Garnish with chopped dhania leaves. Transfer to a beautiful bowl.

Ready to serve with naan and steam rice...
