First of all add half the water to the great chickpea and stair till become smooth.

Put shoked chickpea flour oil in a big utensils and prepare a tight dough, don't make hard at all.

Will boil 1 litre of water in it and boil for 2 to 3 minutes. You can can also add oil in 1 serving spoon. It is made well.
