Chop the vegetables finely and keep all the ingredients ready

Mix well and make a tasty lumpy mixture. Mix in coriander.

Rest the mixture for 10 minutes and then apply a layer of the mixture on a bread slice.

Roast using ghee placing the bread side down on the tawa. Turn carefully when the bread is crispy.

Press a bit to stick the mixture well with the bread. Cook until this layer is cooked well. Turn carefully. Put grated cheese on top.

Roast for one more minute and you delicious Rock toast is ready.

Serve hot. Tip to store the leftover bread if any in the video below.
