Ingredients

15 minutes
Makes 350 - 400 gms
  1. 1 cuppearl millet (bajra)
  2. 1 cupSorghum
  3. 1 cupunpolished rice
  4. 1 cupchilke wali moong dal

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean & sieve all the ingredients separately. Keep them in separate bowls.

  2. 2

    Take ingredients 1 by 1 in a pan & roast on slow flame. Remove in a bowl & cool completely.

  3. 3

    Take little mixture at a time in a mixer jar and grind to coarse powder. DO NOT MAKE FINE POWDER. Remove the mixture.

    This Bhaidku can be stored in an airtight container for 6 months in refrigerator. You can use this mixture to make plain Bhaidku, buttermilk Bhaidku, Pudla, Muthiya, Cutlets etc. etc..... so do try this pre-mix & include in your Healthy Diet.😊😊
