Wash & cut pieces of spiny gourd
Heat a pan add oil put punch furan,cumin seeds& red chilli, crackle a mints. - 2
Put spiny gourd& all spices,salt mix it well.Cover it & cooked on low medium flame.In another pan add 1tsp oil put onion slice,green chilli & a pinch of salt sauted till it's becomes transparent,off the flame.Spiny gourd fry is ready.

Transfer a serving plate & on the top put fried onion& green chilli serve with roti,paratha or side dish of rice.
