Sea Food Jollof Rice

I had to use up my Panla fish and smoked prawn so that I restock soon..
Note:I didn't use fish stock for this baby,you may add if you wish when adding water to the stirfried puree..

I had to use up my Panla fish and smoked prawn so that I restock soon..

Steps

Parboil Rice,set aside,make a paste with Jollof Mix,set aside

Now,heat up oil in a pot,add tomato Puree paste, bayleaves,stirfry in med heat till oil floats on top

Add water and others except prawns and fish

Bring to boil

Add rice,make sure it is covered by water,you may add lil more water,if not properly covered,just a lil above rice level

Reduce flame

When it boils,taste to adjust with any ingredient of choice, slightly mix well with a wooden spatula but don't touch the bottom pot

Before water completely dries off,add rinsed prawn

When water dries,if it's not yet soft,cover with a foil paper, lid on and cook on low heat or flame for 10min max

Open the cover and remove foil paper,stir with a wooden spatula,turn off heat

Plate with fried fish and enjoy the day 💃🏾❤️🤸
