This is a very popular Mumbai road-side juice. There are juice centres at most of the 4 road junctions in Mumbai selling a variety of seasonal juices amongst which Ganga -Jamuna is most famous. This is a very easy & delicious road-side recipe where dozens of mausambi & oranges are peeled & stacked up , so when you order , it can be served in a jiffy . So let's start with the recipe......

1 tall glass

3-4mausambi / sweet lime
3-4oranges
1/2t.spoon black salt
1/4t.spoon chat masala
1 tbspoon powdered sugar

Steps

Peel & cut mausambi & oranges. Remove as many seeds as possible.

In a mixer jar take all the mausambi / sweet lime & orange pieces. Add about 1/2 cup water & blend it.

Add powdered sugar, black salt. Mix very well. Strain the juice. In a tall glass, add chat masala & pour the juice over it.
Serve immediately.
