1/3 CCondensed milk
1/4 CFull cream milk (see pic)
1/4 TspSalt

B. Avocado Smoothie
2large Avocado
2 cfull cream milk (see pic)
1tray ice cubes (see pic)/ use as needed - drink should b thick
1/2 CCondensed milk

B. Prep and measure ingredients for Avocado Smoothie. Place everything in a blender.
We start by preparing the Cheese Foam.

A. For the Cheese Foam
Combine and whisk together cream cheese, full cream milk, condensed milk and salt until smooth and creamy. We use handheld mixer to get the job done. Whisk in COLD whipping cream or thickened cream. Whisk until thick. Stop whisking. Put aside.

B. For Avocado Smoothie
Blend ingredients in B until smooth.

To serve
Fill tall glasses with Avocado Smoothie. Top with cream cheese foam.
