Brown rice is healthier than plain white rice.I have made Appe with this brown rice flour,urad dal,chana dal and vegetables.So it is very healthy and nutritious.

Brown rice is healthier than plain white rice.I have made Appe with this brown rice flour,urad dal,chana dal and vegetables.So it is very healthy and nutritious.
Steps

Soak urad dal,chana dal and Fenugreek seed in water for 4.hours.Then grind to a smooth paste.

Mix rice flour and dal batter.Mix it well.Cover and leave it for fermentation.

Now mix salt, vegetables and rice dal batter.Add Eno fruit salt and mix.

Heat Appe pan,grease all the cavities with oil,pour 1 tb.spoon. batter into it.Cover and cook for 2-3 min.,flip it over and cook for another 3 min.on low heat.Your delicious brown rice flour Appe is ready to serve.Serve it hot with mint chutney.
