Ingredients

  • 50 grGond
  • 250 grshredded coconut
  • 100gr.dry dates powder
  • 1/4 kg.Jaggery powder
  • 1.4 kgpure ghee
  • 50 gr.Poppy seed
  • 1/2 tbspnutmeg powder
  • 250 grcrushed Almonds

    "First, heat a pan and add some ghee. add Gond and fry it keep a side, While keeping it aside, allow it to cool. Once it has cooled down, crush it roughly."

    "Lightly toast the coconut powder, then mix it with powdered dry dates, crushed almonds, and roasted poppy seeds. Ensure thorough mixing."

    Heat a pan and add some ghee. Once it melts, stir in jaggery powder and 1 tbsp of water. Mix it thoroughly.

    Add coconut and almond powder, ensuring a well-blended mixture.

    Shape the mixture into balls (laddu) and set them aside.

    Take a plate and arrange the laddu on it, then serve.
