Take a ripe papaya,peel out the skin,grate it, keep ready.

Collect Almond milk, desiccated Coconut, Cardamom,sugar keep it ready.

Keep a kadai,add one two table spoon ghee, cashewnuts pieces fry for a minute, then add kismis, it turns golden colour, remove from heat,keep it aside

In a nonstick pan add ghee,let it heat, add papaya puree keep in low flame,stir it continuously, frequently add ghee mix it well. After five minutes,raw smell goes out, papaya puree become dry, add ghee. Mix it.

Now add Almond milk and desiccated coconut stir for five minutes.

Then add sugar, mix well. Papaya mix with sugar become thick, mix at least ten minutes to get the perfect consistency.

Add cardamom powder,and ghee,mix well. Slowly the papaya mixer become thick and it starts leaves the edges,take a small portion of mixer, check with your hands,it's not sticky,remove from heat.

Now add the roasted nuts and give a quick mix. Let it cool for sometime, make a even size round balls.

Take a desiccated coconut in a plate, roll the prepared ladus. keep aside, superb tasty papaya ladu is ready.

Roll out all ladus in cocount, transfer to a serving plate.
