Steps

Cut the brinjals and marinate using ginger and garlic paste.

Fry the marinated brinjals in a pan.

In another pan dry roast groundnut,sesame seeds,poppy seeds, red chillies and desicated dry coconut and blend them in a blender.

In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, panchforan and curry leaves.

Into it add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and add the grinded paste.

Saute the masala add water, cook it and add the fried brinjals.

Tasty south indian style brinjal curry is ready, garnish with coriander leaves.
