A quick yet delicious recipe for lunch or dinner goes well with rice or tandoori roti..!
Note:- prior cooking wash & clean chicken cut it’s pieces as desired soak in 1 tablespoon white vinegar as always a pro tip to cook chicken it removes its fishy smell & let’s it’s cook until tender soft very quickly..!

Firstly use white gravy ingredients blend it until smooth paste is ready set aside in the same jar prepare 3G paste then add yoghurt blend until smooth paste

Further take a pressure cooker add clarified butter once it’s warm add chopped onion sauté until slightly golden then add the white gravy paste & 3G paste cook for 2-3 minutes then add salt chicken pieces black pepper powder cover it & cook for 10 minutes on low flame burner

Once the chicken is tender & gravy is cooked perfectly add a dash of lemon juice dried kasuri methi once the gravy turns medium thick consistency off the flame burner & dish out in a serving bowl
