Wash the capsicum and dry it,make a slit to make four pieces, don't cut completely.

Take oil in kadai and fry the capsicum, transfer to a plate,in the same oil fry onion, peanuts, sesame seeds, coconut, curry leaves, cool it and grind it with chilly powder, coriander powder,jeera,, turmeric powder and salt.

Now fill the prepared masala in capsicum, keep the remaining masala. Now in the same kadai add remaining oil add the stuffed capsicum and some water,add tamrind pulp and jagarry and cook for a few minutes.

Now add the remaining masala and Niger seeds powder and cook for another few seconds.

Stuffed Capsicum in Karnataka style is ready to serve with rice/chapati/jowar bhakri.
