Chop carrots and potatoes into wedges, drizzle with oil, salt and pepper and airfry (or oven roast).

Oil sea bass and coat in breadcrumbs, lemon zest and seasonings, then put into the oven for 30 mins or until cooked through.

Serve sea bass with wedges and lemon wedge.
