Chop the pepper and fry in drizzle of oil, chipotle, and chicken stock paste.

Mix in drained black beans and boil down. Then add chopped tomatoes and continue to boil down until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and herbs.

Fill wraps with half the mixture and place in dish. Top with the other half of the mixture and then with mozzarella.

Bake at around 180 for 20-30 mins, or until cheese starts to brown. Serve with side salad and red white vinegar.
