5- 6 fresh red chilies
1 tspvinegar

In the pan take the tomatoes. 1 cup water boil for 10 minutes. On medium heat.

Put off heat and it cool.tranfer the ingredients into a grindind jar reserve left over water grind to a smooth paste.

It is ready for Arrabbiata sauce.
