Steps

Take ground rice flour and add all the ingredients. Heat the ghee and add to bind atta. Bind the atta with lukewarm water ina semi soft consistency.

Rest for 1/2 hour. Take small portion of dough roll it and cut small portion. Again roll it round. Take a two plastic, grease it and gently press with vati. Then fry it on a medium flame.

Rice crackers are ready to eat.
