Steps

Take water in a pan add jeera ajwaain salt green chili & baking soda boil for 2-3 min

Add group rice & stir continuously ; no lumps should be there you can stir with opposite side of belan so no lumps ; simmer & cook for 3-4 minutes. If you want you can add coriander leaves also for good taste

Transfer in a serving bowl & serve with oil & aachar masala

You can make with jawar aata, ragi aata, bajra aata & wheat flour also
