Mozzarella sticks with simple ingredients is a perfect choice for any party or occasion or even as an excellent snack at Tea-time.
Mozzarella Cheese cut into sticks and then deep fried makes for an ideal accompaniment or a special starter at any party or a get together. Kids would love to have it as an afterschool treat.
Easily done, it's a good idea. Super tempting and irresistible stretch of Cheese makes it an amazing one to give a try and relish it with our loved ones. Mozzarella Cheese should be a good one and preferably a block so that one can cut their desired length and width of sticks. Frying them does not take much time. And heat up the Oil on a low heat until smoky and then add these sticks a few at a time. Do not over crowd the kadai. And do not fry for a long time either. Remove each batch in about a few seconds. As soon as they turn golden brown on the outside, they are done. Since there is only Cheese, it doesn't take much time.

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
