Grate the garlic on a fine grater or pass through a press. Mix with sour cream.

Place the fish fillet on a baking sheet. Season to taste. Cover the top with a thick layer of sour cream and garlic.

Place grated cheese on top of the sour cream. Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

After baking, let cool slightly. The fillet comes away from the skin easily. Serve with fresh vegetables.
