Preheat oven 400F/204C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place salmon on baking sheet and drizzle lemon juice over the fillets.

Season with salt and pepper.

In a small combine the honey, mayo, soy and spices and brush the fillets with the glaze.

Bake for 15 minutes.

Remove and top fillets with crushed pecans.

Bake for additional 6 minutes.

Remove, rest and serve with desired salad or side.
