  • 4flat mushrooms
  • as neededOil
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning to taste
  • Carrots, onions and courgette optional
  • Top mushrooms with a mix blend of cheese

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oven to 200°c/400°f

  2. 2

    Place seasoned veg on ovenproof tray and bake for 10 mins

    Remove from oven then top mushrooms with cheese blend,

    Bake unit golden
    Serve with whatever u like or just as is.....enjoy
