Put your butter in a large pot over medium heat, let it begin to brown. Add marshmallows, vanilla, condensed milk & salt, turn down heat to medium low and keep stirring until melted.

Turn off heat. Add cereal and mix. (I spray baking spray onto my spatula for less stickiness). Once cereal mixture is all covered and mixed together, spray your favorite container with baking spray and place cereal mixture inside, let sit for at least an hour before cutting.
