Steps
- 1
Finely chop the veggies and keep aside.
- 2
Take rava and rice flour in a mixing bowl. Add all the chopped vegetables and dry masalas.
- 3
Add curd to the mixture and make a thick batter by adding little water at a time. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
- 4
Add a ladle of batter into the hot tawa. Now either by a spatula or by hand just slowly press it to make an round chilla.
Tip: If you are a novice cook, use spatula instead of hand. - 5
Flip and apply ghee on each side to cook it golden crisp.
- 6
Serve with your favourite chutney. I like to pair with raw coriander and tomato chutney.
