Microwaved Cabbage with Sesame For Your Bentos

cookpad.japan
cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

I want something green in my bento every day, and wanted to use cabbage instead of spinach to make it.

The sesame will be nice and aromatic if you toast it in a pan over a medium heat for 30 seconds.
Keep an eye on the cabbage in the microwave. If it still looks raw, microwave for another 10-20 seconds. If you use the deep green outer leaves, it might taste bitter. For 2 servings. Recipe by Asachan
