Add all dry ingredients and whisk together.

Then add warm warm and mix together. When done, cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit at room temp for 5-8 hours.

After 5-8 hours, dust surface with flour and place your dough on the surface, folding the edges over into the middle 4-5 times. Dust the top with flour and place 3 slits into the top.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
I am using a roasting pan and parchment paper.Place lump of dough into pan, cover and cook for 30 min.
Uncover and cook an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
