Ingredients

All Day!
  • Chicken
  • Enchilada sauce - green preferably
  • Canned green Chili’s
  • Corn tortillas
  • Cream cheese
  • Jalapeños
  • White cheddar cheese

Steps

All Day!
  1. 1

    Add chicken and enchilada sauce into crockpot - cook on low for 8 hours or high on 4-5.

  2. 2

    Shred chicken

  3. 3

    Add a dollop of cream cheese, green chilis and white cheddar to the mixture

  4. 4

    Layer tortillas and mixture on top of each other in baking dish

  5. 5

    Top with cheese and jalapeños

  6. 6

    Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 375
