Ingredients

  • 1 cupbutternut squash (boiled)
  • 500 mlwater
  • 1 teaspoonDashi powder
  • 2-1.5 tablespoonmiso
  • 5 cmleek

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil butternut squash and cut into small pieces. Put Dashi powder in water and cook butternut squash for a while.

    Put miso and mix well. Turn off the flame and put chopped leek.
