In a pan boil gud & water till gud melt fully ; add cardamom, sauth & saffron
Now add wheat flour & mix it nicely no lumps should be there

Heat oil in a pan & Make sure the oil is hot and flame is low. dip fingers in water & take little amounts of mixture at a time and put it in hot oil ; after few minutes they will puff & turn it & fry from other size till light golden color
Keep them on a foil paper; They might stick to tissue so avoid it.

Make another batch. Serve steaming hot or cold Gulgule with tea, if your are a bit hungry then eat with pickle or Chutney.
Note …
After it gets cooked transfer to a steel box with tight lid while still hot { this is key to keep them soft even after 24 hours }
