Assemble ingredients

Churn oats into fine powder or flour.
Into a mixing bowl add oats flour + semolina + salt + curd + water and mix. - 3
Add green chilli and allow to rest for 10 - 15 minutes.

Add more water as required for Dosa batter consistency. Add chopped Coriander and mix well.
Dosa batter is ready. - 5
Heat a pan \ tawa \ griddle, grease it, pour 1-2 ladle of Dosa batter and spread all around the pan / tawa.

Drizzle oil around the edges and cook under medium heat and cook for around 5-6 minutes.

Cook till base leaves pan and is brownish. Dosa is done.
Serve with Onion Tomato Chutney for a healthy and tasty treat.
