A super delicious and a delightful affair that's made at home without any hassles. Pear Marmalade is an amazing addition to our everyday options for Breakfast.
Pure and homemade. Hygienic and absolutely flavourful, it's a treat on any day.
And not to forget to mention that it's done in no time at all with just minimal of the ingredients. And to be precise here, it's just 4 of them. And the result is fresh, flavourful, juicy and luscious homemade Marmalade at your disposal.
Relish it for Breakfast or a Brunch on any given day. It can even be packed to School as a yummy variation from the routine everyday options. Kids would love it and so would the adults.
Enjoy Cooking with Zeen!

Steps
- 1
Wash all the pears thoroughly to remove all the dirt and grime. Pat dry. Chop them into mini bite sized pieces. Add them to a pan. Keep the heat on a low.
- 2
Add sugar now. Also add cinnamon and both the cardamoms. Do not add them whole. Just use the inner black seeds of the cardamom. Mix well and cook on a low to medium-high heat. Cook until soft and mushy. It caramelises to a nice golden colour as it cooks.
- 3
It gets done in almost half an hour or a little more than that. It should not be syrupy at all and should coat the spatula without dripping. It becomes soft and shiny that it almost melts in your mouth. It means that it's ready and all done. Let it cool down.
- 4
Fill up in a clean sterilized bottle and relish with your favourite bread for Breakfast or Brunch or even as a lovely afterschool Snack. Enjoy! Yum!
