Ingredients

  1. 12-18egg yolks
  2. 2-3 canscondenced milk
  3. 3 canscoco lopez
  4. 1/2 gallonvanilla ice cream
  5. 1 literrum
  6. 1 pintevaporated or regular milk

Cooking Instructions

    Add milk to a double boiler and egg yolks. Heat for10min. or about 100deg. DONT COOK THE EGG YOLK TO MUCH

    Melt ice cream until soft. In a large bowl mix coco lopez and add eggs and everything together except rum. MIX ON LOW TO KEEP DOWN THE BUBBLES.

    Everything is mixed thick and smooth. While blending on low add the rum until desired taste is acquired. ENJOY WITH A TOUCH OF FRESH NUTMEG GROUND ON TOP !!!
