"COQUITO" (Puertorican Holiday Drink)

This is another holiday drink we like to make in Puerto Rico for the holidays, is the same as my regular Coquito but this one I've added Nutella, you can leave the alcohol out if you want.

Every year for the Holidays my Mother would make Coquito for holiday family gatherings. This is how she made her coquito.

I have tried many recipes and methods for making coquito. I think it tastes so much better when made with egg yolks.This recipe has gone through a lot of trial and error but I think I nailed it. I recommend making this recipe in 2 batches, with the ingredients split down the middle.*I have been using Magdalena white rum for years, but feel free to use any other rum you prefer.*

Was my first attempt at Coquito after having it over the years. After looking at a million different recipes I came up with this collaboration recipe. It is the BOMB!!
